Yes, I&#039;m surprised with 3 or 4 hours of cardio a day you&#039;re not shifting weight quicker. You&#039;d think you would lose 500 cals an hour minimum from the cardio. Maybe the sheer volume of cardio is making you tired and so you&#039;re not doing it with the required intensity? Or maybe that tiredness is making you overeat, and so you&#039;re wiping out the effect of the cardio? Hard to say. If I were you I would probably exercise a bit less and then eat a bit less.

But I&#039;m only guessing. You could be doing everything right and ,as Craig says, it could just be a week-on-week thing.

Anyway, keep with it, you&#039;re doing great!</description>

Congrats on the loss. Slow and steady wins the race...but, that&#039;s hard to accept when you&#039;re working so hard and losing slower. My only advice is to give it time. I would lose nothing or slowly then one week drop 3 pounds. It&#039;s so random. (Note--I still gripe when the scale sucks sooo I&#039;m not one to really give advice here.)  I just know we can&#039;t give up right? :)</description>
