I’m not sure what to do with my hands…
Just a quickie post with my video weigh-in this week. For some reason, the videos don’t always work on this page, but they always work on the page with just a single post, so if you can’t see it here, if you click on the title of the link, that should bring up a page where the video WILL work.
I hope I have lost at least four pounds this week. I don’t feel like I’ve done fantastic, but I don’t feel like I’ve done awful, either. My exercise has declined, just because I’ve been so busy with work. I’ve only managed about an hour and a half to two hours a day. I will DEFINITELY be getting four hours tonight. I have to. Weigh in is in just two days!
However, WBKO posts their weigh-in videos on Wednesday, and here is last weeks! Apparently, I have gotten the amazing honor of being the first one in the line up. I’m not sure why; my name isn’t first, but I’ll take it anyway. And no, I don’t remember what I was doing with my hands right after my single hand clap. Apparently, I turn into shades of Ricky Bobby on camera.
One way I am going to be getting in some more activity, if not aerobic exercise, is to do workouts with my kids. At my job, I run an after school program for kids Kindergarten through about sixth grade at three different sites. I plan to travel to a different site, or maybe even sites, per day and do some activity with them. I’m on the lookout for some kid-friendly exercise videos. If you know of any, please let me know. I found one by a PE teacher named Judy Howard that may be good I’m going to try and get a hold of.
Random fact about me: I once wrote a blog that featured MST3K-type commentary from an imaginary blue dragon named Mason. It was fun; I enjoyed it. I think I’m bringing Mason back tomorrow.

Hopefully that’s what it was. It took about thirty seconds each to weigh us, so you missed about twenty seconds of the guy in the background saying, “Stop fidgeting… stop fidgeting… seriously, stop moving…” over and over.
You look very natural to me!
I’m glad to know I look natural. We have to stand there so long and keep refilming things to they get it right, I feel forced sometimes by the time it’s over. Weigh in again in two days. I can’t wait!

Thanks a lot! That actually help a bit. I’ve been thinking about upping my calories, and this tells me I may need to bring them up to 3000 a day. I’m nowhere near that. Maybe that’s why I’m not losing like I should.
